As of May 25, 2018, the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data became applicable, establishing rules on the protection, processing and free movement of the personal data of natural persons, even if it was collected before that date, and which applies directly to all entities that process such data.

The data subject has the right to obtain, without undue delay, from the controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her.
Right to erasure of data:
O titular tem o direito de obter do responsável pelo tratamento o apagamento dos seus dados pessoais, sem demora injustificada, e este tem a obrigação de apagar os dados pessoais, sem demora injustificada, quando se aplique algum dos motivos constantes do artigo 17.º do Regulamento (UE) 2016/679 do Parlamento Europeu e do Conselho de 27 de Abril de 2016, nomeadamente, quando o titular dos dados retira o consentimento em que se baseia o tratamento dos dados e se não existir outro fundamento jurídico para o referido tratamento.
